Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

A. It generally takes about two weeks (10 business days) from your order date.

Q. Are your products guaranteed?

A. I will gladly replace any defective/damaged bow for one of the same, if you feel it was due to my craftsmanship. Bows which have been damaged due to laundering through a washing machine or dryer will NOT be replaced.

Q. What if I do not have a credit card?

A. Money Orders or Checks are accepted. Just print and fill out the Mail Order Form and send it with your method of payment . If paying by check, orders will be held until the check clears.

Q. What if I don't want to use my credit card via the Internet?

A. Just print and fill out the Mail Order Form with the required information; then mail or Fax.Do Not E-mail credit card information since E-mail is not secure!

Q. Do you have a catalog?

A. Due to the constant style changes, color changes, and additions of new artists a catalog is not financially feasible.

Q. Do you take wholesale orders?

A. Wholesale orders are not currently taken at this time.

Q. What are your policies on returns, refunds, and exchanges?

A. Special Orders or unique color combinations may not be exchanged. Special Orders or unique color combos which may have been damaged through our craftsmanship may be returned for replacements of like kind or refunds. You must contact us by E-mail or Fax within one week of receipt of order and we must receive the item back within 10 days for the refund or exchange of like kind item.
